When I was a kid, we had a book of dog breeds, which I carefully memorized. <br><br>For a while I was able to keep up on all the "new" dogs. In fact a work, a co-worker used to challenge me with pictures from her daily dog photo calendar. Sometimes I could get the breed by the description she sent. <br><br>Now I am always surprised and chagrined when I read about a breed that I've never heard of or I'm unable to identify the exact breed of dog by a calendar picture.<br><br>Alaskan Klee Kai.
